About Us : The Team

All staff members at The Cole Clinic have been carefully trained and educated by Dr. Cole in all procedures and services. The Cole Clinic has one Registered Nurse and several Registered Practical Nurses on the team. In addition to their nursing school training, they also have extensive training, knowledge and experience in hair transplantation, fat reduction and body contouring, ultrasonic face lifting, surgical correction of drooping eyelids and bags under the eyes, and all of the other aesthetic services we offer.

The staff especially prides themselves on their personable and friendly attention to all Cole Clinic patients. You will find them to be exceptionally caring, supportive and understanding of the psychological effects your appearance concern has had on your life, or any apprehension you may experience going through the treatment process. The team works with you to ensure that you are fully informed about your aesthetic medical concerns, understand your treatment options, have realistic expectations, and understand any post-treatment care and guidelines to ensure maximum results.

Ruth, Administration	Ruth has loved working at The Cole Clinic since 1993. In 1994, Dr. Cole asked her to travel to California to learn the modern hair transplant procedure. She has been there from the beginning and has participated in many surgeries. In more recent years, her duties have been more administrative in nature, assisting Dr. Cole and the staff to provide quality patient services. She has been married to Barry for 39 years. They have 3 grown children, and 7 grandchildren, who joyfully take up much of their free time!	Aline, RN	Aline is a registered nurse, and has been an essential leader on the Cole Clinic team since 1999. She brings a personal warmth and concern that is noted by all who meet her. Aline is very gifted with steady hands and a keen eye for aesthetics. Outstanding patient results with Botox and fillers are a testimony to her skills and passion for patient care. Aline says, “Words can't describe how gratifying it is to work as a part of Dr. Cole's team.” She is married to her best friend and blessed with 2 children.

Jackie, RPN	Jackie has been part of the foundation of the Cole Clinic Team since 1998. Jackie feels strongly about her workplace: “This has been a wonderful experience for me since the start and I could not have asked for a better place to work.” As a life-long student, she has perfected many skills and services, taking great satisfaction in how pleased patients have been with their experience and results. Jackie is married with twin girls and two wonderful older sons. They have two other 4-legged children, Chief and Copper, the family dogs.	Melissa, RPN	Melissa graduated from the nursing program at St. Clair College in Windsor. She has worked with Dr. Cole since 2001. She is particularly gifted in the area of hair transplantation, and her dedication to this procedure along with laser hair removal make her a definite asset to the team. Professional development and the acquisition of new medical skills are at the forefront of her motivation. Excellent results and patient satisfaction have enabled her to remain a team leader within the office.

Kerri, RPN	Kerri is a graduate of the nursing program at St. Clair College in Windsor. Her background in both community based nursing and an acute care clinic setting, has helped her to develop into the caring, compassionate and knowledgeable nurse she is today. Her kind and outgoing personality fits right in at the Cole Clinic, where patients feel comfortable and reassured in her care. With a strong passion for cosmetic nursing, Kerri continues to improve her skills through dedication, continuing education, and training.	Dawn, RPN	Dawn is a graduate of Fanshawe College’s Nursing Program in London. What Dawn loves the most about her job is that she assists patients in feeling better about their self-image. Her caring, genuine interest, and compassion are really evident during her treatments, where she makes her patients feel exceptionally comfortable. Dawn enjoys following up with them afterwards and hearing about how their experience at The Cole Clinic has changed the way they feel about themselves, and their life.
